David Black and his artDavid Black (1928-) Professor Emeritus at Ohio State University with a studio in Columbus, Black is an internationally recognized sculptor and the recipient of numerous honors during a long career in public art. He has had major exhibitions in Germany and Japan, and created twenty-four public sculptures throughout the United States, including Flyover (1996), the Wright Brothers memorial in Dayton, Ohio.
